Ela atende de forma mais f\u00e1cil e r\u00e1pida solicita\u00e7\u00f5es dos clientes pelo aplicativo, como por exemplo: segunda via da fatura, parcelamento de d\u00e9bitos ou religa\u00e7\u00e3o; e a atendente pelo \u2018zap\u2019 tamb\u00e9m consegue esclarecer v\u00e1rias informa\u00e7\u00f5es. Para falar com a Gisa, basta salvar o n\u00famero (32) 9 8426-1352 na agenda do celular e entrar em contato: com poucos cliques \u00e9 poss\u00edvel ter o pedido atendido ou uma ordem de servi\u00e7o aberta. O objetivo \u00e9 ganhar mais agilidade no relacionamento com o cliente.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>O atendimento via WhatsApp funciona por meio de intelig\u00eancia artificial e tem como objetivo estabelecer uma comunica\u00e7\u00e3o direta. A iniciativa \u00e9 parte de um projeto maior, chamado Jornada de Pagamento, que promete facilitar ainda mais as possibilidades de intera\u00e7\u00e3o dos consumidores com a empresa. Outras solu\u00e7\u00f5es ainda ser\u00e3o lan\u00e7adas nesse ano para melhorar a comodidade do p\u00fablico e reduzir a necessidade de deslocamento at\u00e9 as ag\u00eancias comerciais ou mesmo ligar para o Call Center.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA Gisa \u00e9 apenas uma das iniciativas digitais em que a empresa vem trabalhando para melhorar a experi\u00eancia do cliente. A ideia \u00e9 facilitar o dia a dia das pessoas, que est\u00e3o cada vez mais sem tempo e precisam de praticidade. Agora o cliente consegue resolver uma s\u00e9rie de servi\u00e7os sem precisar levantar do sof\u00e1\u201d, explica Elevi Rodrigues, Diretor de Experi\u00eancia do Cliente da empresa. \u201cCom esse recurso n\u00e3o existe mais dia \u00fatil ou hora certa para fazer contato, a Energisa passa a estar dispon\u00edvel para os clientes 24 horas por dia, sete dias na semana no novo canal\u201d, complementa.<\/p>\n<p>Neste primeiro momento \u00e9 poss\u00edvel solicitar segunda via da fatura, religa\u00e7\u00e3o, parcelamento de d\u00e9bitos em aberto e esclarecer d\u00favidas sobre os servi\u00e7os prestados, mas nos pr\u00f3ximos meses as op\u00e7\u00f5es aumentar\u00e3o. O servi\u00e7o j\u00e1 havia sido adotado por outras empresas do Grupo Energisa e agora chega \u00e0 regi\u00e3o de Minas Gerais.
